Third Faction

    I tried doing a search and didn't find anything.

    Feel free to delete this or shoot it down if its a duplicate, w/e.

    Would it be possible, in the distant, distant future, to maybe make a third faction? Maybe add some more story to the wiki story line and have a Brenodi Empire vs. Northern Faction vs. ?

    I would wonder if the mappers would have fun balancing new maps to support a 1v1v1 environment, maybe even add a diplomacy aspect, nothing complicated or unbalancing though.

    And Designers could mess around with more models. Have Fun. w/e

    I remember someone talking about the super huge maps that might have to be aircraft-only in the future, and i figured, well if theres that much space, maybe they could add more teams

    but i dunno

    There is a third fraction: The commonwealth, located on the southern isles. But they are neutral and don't participate in the be/nf war, they only supply both sides with weapons and technology, none can afford to loose that trading relationship to the other side, so they keep the commonwealth unharmed. Sometimes mercenaries of the commonwealth are recruited for a short period of time by the 2 fractions.

    Sorry to rain on your parade but.....

    Would be great (a sort of WC2 -> SC transition), but I think the devs have enough work on their hands with just two factions.
