I understand but we were in a conundrum. If we could not get enough people to signup and/or captains by those dates, we would need to push the dates ahead (as we did already). You are not obligation to make it to any of the matches, so it shouldn't make a different if we told you before or after the signup.

We are still considering how we will deal with uneven teams during the matches. Since this is a league for everyone (not a strict, clan league), it would suck if we forced people to sit out. I'm thinking that ringers should be allowed if both sides agree.

Yeah, I figured that out just yesterday. Tricky explicitly uses GMT only when BFT (Britfag Time) is aligned with it.

Also, it is now US EDT (Eastern Daylight time) for me so it would be 4pm EDT if the matches are 9 BST. Most of the US west coast is using PDT so it is 1pm for them.

 

Fuck sakes, please, only use GMT, non of this Bitch Sucking Time.

I have to disagree with what I red-highlighted.

We already played 10000 rounds, which was fucked by n00b team....but however a good comm.

You may have good plans, but you still have to insert some bullets into my head when we meet.

I would say picking is more important. When we have a really pro team, all we need is a comm with a proper brain, pro commanding skill isn't even needed then.

You completely missed the context of the reply. I was talking about how the picks were better because we had better leadership in the captain AND league organization. Later on, I further make a point that we need more "team leaders" in Empires as the number of possible captains is small. One of the league's goal is to encourage dedicated players to make viable clans and become leaders of the community.

 

Havent been on anything for ages, theres something wrong with my desktop, sent my shit back and got it back today, need to reinstall everything so I'll be back again tomorrow sweetheart!
