A new game is going to be released by SNK, yes the real company SNK. The game name is Dokidoki Majo Saiban and the game is going to be released in Japan. I can't really describe this correctly so here is the link.

Well, I doubt they will try and import it into the US... not like people are exactly demanding those sorts of games (note, demanding, not dreaming). Plus their society has a bit diffrent view on things (like innuendos and such); wouldn't exactly fit here, as you have said.
