assuming infinite res, what's the most powerful tank? powerful as in effective at killing things as fast as possible. btw mgs in your loadout mark you as an obvious scrub i'd say on be it's 2 ranged cannon 1 uml 1 ml with 5 compo each side and coolant on nf it's 2 uml 1 ml as much armor as possible and coolant
Hate me for it, but since Be heavy six-shooters are gone this is what I enjoy driving most: 1 Ranged cannon 1 HE cannon 2 chain guns filled with compo and fission/coolant "WTF fission?" yes! fission has a feel of more acceleration then 3phase and is light. I'm like a scorpion that jumps out of its hole to punch a tank in the face, watches reaction and either retreads or hunts down the fuck.
NF APC (because BE is fucking gay) Chain gun UGL Fission Compo (full sans one plate on the back) Commence rape. Note: No one will ever steal your vehicle because they cannot control a fission APC. Win! You trawlin!
3phase bio mg + 2uml nf heavy, compo all sides 6. Dual plasma cannon be heavy = team will have it too, commence crashpires!
Also my second favourite tank: NF Jeep 3phase Composite (for damage mod of 0.8 to give +20% HP) 3 RPG passengers with armour detection. Jungleismassive micspam.
Yes. Certain damage modifiers (possibly all of them) apply to the hull as well as the armor. A regen jeep will be really screwed over by bio, for example. Actually, regen is probably the only bad armor choice for jeeps.
BE Jeep 3phase/GasTurb Form Squad Driver/Squad Leader: Engineer, Revive, Repair upg, HP regen Option #1: 2nd Seat/Squad Member: Gren, Defuse, HP regen, HP upg, Ammo upg. Option #2: 2nd Seat/Squad Member: Riflewhore, Sticky bombs, HP regen, Ammo upg, (other skills are up to him) Option #3: 2nd Seat/Sqaud Member: Scunt, Sticky Stuns, Vehicle Speed, and what ever else he wants. (Best used for getting your scout under the NF CV to stun it while being protected by the Jeep. Great for stopping a Boomtank.) You then drive out from under the now stunned CV, and turret him. #1 and #2 Can take on anything short of a pack of heavy tanks, as long as NF dosent have bio weapons.

I seem to do best with dual rails + coolant and compo against other tanks, then just slap on a chaingun or something if infantry becomes too annoying.
NF heavies I think tend to be more destructive due to accuracy because missles are easier to be accurate with I think because you do not need to adjust for arc depending on distance, also RoF beats all cannons other than rails. Some people are very good with cannons but they are the exception so I always prefer NF heavies because of the ability to give them point and click loadouts. So; NF heavy, of course with compo and adv. Coolant 2xUML or 1xhoming salvo and 1xhoming depending on if it is a wide open/chokepoint map 1xExtended range cannon 1xMG as appropriate Gives a versatile tank which can deal accurate and impressive damage whilst at speed as no weapons are subject to inertia or have big spread. Can be anti tank, anti building or anti infantry. About the only thing that will stop this beast 1v1 is a BE plasma APC with a sticky stunner in seat 2.
It's just the tank that I have most fun with and that brings me the most joy. also: Party bus APC + Venga
Best tank in game, hands down. Fission->Reactive->ScoutSpeed->NF Med No weapons. You ram BE tanks and flip them for great justice.
