    Testing is now being resumed. Ignore the previous thread regarding test #9, that was cancelled. Beerdude should pop into this thread to post up the changes. I've now written a full changelog of scripts for Vehicles/Research since the steam version, which I'll provide on test day.

    Changes can be found in the link Trickster provided. Quote:


    Bugs / Features / Issues that haven't been confirmed to be fixed yet:

    • Re-implement vehicle camo
    • When an enemy changes side their corpse can be revived and they will be on your side
    • When giving targets as commander: "Boxing an enemy in makes the target stick on the enemy. Right-clicking on the enemy uses the delayed method"
    • Squad/Commander targets dont have a delay on minimap but do have a delay on the players HUD
    • Only move players to spec in conquest sudden death if there are 0 tickets
    • Hide heal effect when engineer tool is used on a player during conquest sudden death
    • Getting HP upgrade in conquest sudden death should not give you more HP
    • Game time counter starts from when map loads instead of when the game starts
    • Hide revive icon when player suicides with emp_force_kill
    • Prioritize enemy infantry and vehicles when using multi-attack
    • Infantry targets sometimes not delayed
    • Re-add target boxes when using multi-attack selection on friendly targets
    • Allow servers to override commander freeze time with emp_sv_commander_freeze_time_override (Rename to emp_sv_com*mander_fre*eze_time and remove emp_params* entity setting.)

    can you just confirm which one its supposed to be? or is there supposed to be a 'delay' option??

    Targets shouldn't be delayed any more, instead they start blinking if the target goes outside the order range. For infantry this is a really short range.

    Apparently we were at RC9, and I just updated to RC10.

    Changes:
    *Don't make weapon images transparent in class menu
    *Hide class submenu when hiding class menu
    *Carcass health was not being decreased properly, causing integer overflow
    *Vehicle hull health bar was not displaying anything when damaged
    *Try to load skills from previous map first before trying to load default skills
    *Default skills shouldn't be selected if they're already selected by another slot.
    *Show player names on corpses for everyone
    *Only allow NF or BE players to open class menu.
    *Disable camera options in unassigned
    *Hide previous gibs when a turret is recycled
    *Black/pink tiles still being shown while in command mode as commander (fixed)
    *The vehicle customization has complete black background for weapon selection and weapon customization. (fixed)

    so how do i update? delete gcf.test files and redownload the new ones through steam??

    or will it update the changes from last testpires version i ran?

    Swap back to steampires and it'll update automatically.

    RC10

    -Can still pull up minimap and scoreboard from spec, wasnt this 'fixed' ?

    -Class selection and skill selection windows need some 'touchups', white box's around skills & weapons should be around all info panels at top (screenshot)

    -Offical minimaps can and should be redone to have transparent backgrounds, mainly affects smaller maps such as district and escort, fullsize classic maps would make no difference

    -Button highlighting in vgui needs to have corners cut to match trapezoidal buttons (see screenshot)

    -Help Guide off MOTD will need to be update with new vgui when committed
