    http://everytimezone.com/

Use that to work out the time of the test if you don't know how to convert, or check the Event in the Tester steamgroup (Make sure you're joined to this too) http://steamcommunity.com/groups/emptesters

Whilst it is only a bugtest, the more the merrier, we're hoping major crashes should be fixed. Server details will be up before the test. Make sure to inform everyone you know of the test.

    Password is "testingtime" as always.

Previous test's feedback can be found here: http://forums.empiresmod.com/showthread.php?t=16160

Changes that are made to the code are listed here.

So hopefully, we'll get a post up here from Beerdude and Jephir with respect to what they've changed before this test, especially if they get chance to commit their newer changes that didn't get into the previous test. I've done a few balance changes myself, and I'll talk about them in the test.

Bumping threads that are still relevant so the locked ones sink to the bottom of the forum.

Can I join using the SVN-Version, or is it steamtestpires-version only anymore?
If svn is fine again we'll meet in the server tomorrow.

SVN is fine, but if we start getting into the situation where everyone is using SVN, that won't be acceptable anymore, because we need people on the steam version. As we get closer to release, we'll probably make sure everyone is using the steam version.

BUGtests occur Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm GMT.
PLAYtests occur on Saturdays, at 9pm GMT (1pm PST).

Depending on how the test goes tonight, I may or may not schedule a PLAYtest for the following day, but if not, then there will be one the following week.

And for anyone who was too dumb to read the tester 101 thread, a BUGtest only needs a small handful of people. We just go down the changelog list and anything else to test, just test them one by one, then job done. But above all, I need to be there, and I work Monday-Friday, so without sounding like a dick, it has to be at a time good for me. If we get 3 people in addition to me, that's enough, and we usually end up with more than that. To put it simply, we've got more than enough players for the BUGtests, and there's no real point of hosting another if I can't attend it. On top of that, BUGtests only tend to last 30-45 minutes.

A PLAYtest however, requires as many people as possible, because the intention is to just run it like a pug, by playing a few rounds and, whilst noting down any issues, not actually specifically try to test things. And for this, we need as many people as we can possibly get. Which is why it's hosted on a Saturday, at 9pm GMT (1pm PST) and will run for 2-3 hours, so we can get the people on the other side of the Atlantic involved too.
