I think tanks could use some sort of camouflage ability. It woudl be a great addition to the Electronic line of research... and maybe make the electric engine less redundant. Make the engine prone to overheat, as now, with a top speed only a little better than the standard. However, when not overheated or damage, the tank becomes camo'ed... that could be partially see-through, or some sort of texture overlay. The Fission engine could be made the fastest engine, to fill that gap, as well as make it a desirable engine, since its pretty much hopeless right now. Thoughts?
There was once talk of a "stealth" armor type. Another suggestion along these lines was to have an equipment slot (just like any of the weapons slots), which is able to hold things like portable radars, ammo crates, or cloaking devices.
