So I get playing and start to think I know what I'm doing, then suddenly I'm walking backwards and can't stop it. It may be related to exiting a vehicle, but I can't find the common cause. Really annoying cos I can't play on a server for very long before it goes bad. Haven't encountered this walking-backwards thing before, on other mods etc. Is somethng strange happening to my key bindings mid-game ? Empires 2.24d Windows XP x64
type -back in console (the minus is important!) when this happens. Sometimes your problem can be caused by lag or something like that. This should work for every direction (-forward; -left; -right;-back)
Try disabling the joystick in console. Something similar to this happens but it' usually turning instead of walking backwards, so I don't know if it will work.
