Steam is unable to find Empires

    i just downloaded the 2.23 client and installed it. it was a clean installation (removed the old empires folder) and closed steam before i installed the mod. and now when i start steam there is no empires in my games list. tryied this 2 times.

    There is a file missing in the full installer, to fix it do this.
