Stats (important to server admins)

    Every dedicated server should have stats enabled by having this in server.cfg:

    emp_sv_stats_enabled 1
    emp_sv_stats_server "kefield.ca"

    The bug mentioned in the news (http://www.empiresmod.com/) got fixed and we need to test stat gathering as soon as possible.
