sprint and speed up?

so when you have speed up, sprinting only increases your speed minimally, it's hardly noticeable at all, but drains your stamina like normally, i think the ability to sprint when you have speed up should be removed since all it really does it drain stamina

 

hmmmmmmmmm.... what about making speedup affect sprinting instead of just removing sprinting? or would that make speedup kick TOO much ass? I know it's a fun skill right now, that's for sure. Is there any way to get the numbers on footspeed? I'd like to see some sort of specific number here before I voted either way. How imperceptible is the sprint with the speed upgrade? 10 game units per second? 100? 1?

 

I think we should at least try speed up, increasing sprint speed.

 

Hmm... I never really saw a problem with how it works right now. Maybe it was just placebo, but it's always felt faster while sprinting, even with speed up.

 

well it is faster... though not that much it still is ....

 

speed upgrade is the best skill already. and i'm certain that sprinting does speed you up a load already.

if at all, this should be given to stamina upgrade, they're the people that use sprint really

 

The Speed Upgrade should certainly increase running speed and croutching speed. It feels like a flaw when those things are left out, as if someone forget

HMM even better for riflemen? Hell with that kinda speed you could outrun a standard tank engine as they pass you. Get up to the tank and place all your stickys on em and then run away. lol

 

I suppose you could give a sprint speed boost to stamina, and normal speed boost to speed.

It would be interesting if, when using both at once, they stacked and produced an incredibly fast sprint.

Probably a bit unbalanced though, although it would probably be good for scouts.
