Spectator model

I personally think this is far better than giving spec a bird model.

 

Would be hilarious of course, but dont you think it would be really annoying having a funny-looking little red plane hover in front of you all the time?

 

Are the propeller models....animated?

Yes the propeller is animated. You should be able to shoot spectators down with a single bullet. Also spectators linked to a certain person's view should have their models omitted until they unlink and begin flying around again.

 

make it a map thing, rainbowroad for example

 

Maybe for the first step spectators should see other spectators on minimap.

Adding models could be fun or annoying. But do we really want to make spectating more fun?

Yes, make the planes only visible to other specs and add a convar that makes them visible to players as well.

He could if that model wasn't stolen.
Though, adding that for only specs to see would probably make speccing more fun. Which is bad.

 

Enough bullshit.
Being in spec is only done because being on one of the player teams isnt fun.
So this is by no means adding anything to the game.
