Soldiers with same weapon should be able to give ammo.

At the expense of their own ammo. This gives the ammo upgrade perk more usefulness and a more reasonable perk for a squad, increasing soldier survivability but not as great a benefit as an engineer ammo box.

 

Kinda like how you can drop ammo in Zombie Panic!: Source?

Promotes more rifle whores and less engineers while also adding another element to this game for people to learn.

True, but think of this:

Engineer gives NEW ammo to all weapons.
Riflemen or whatever class, (Grenadier?) Only SHARES his ammo.

 

That's what Falchion was talking about, hence the "At the expense of their own ammo."

 

Good suggestion but not really worth the extra work and learning curve.

 

I know, I was just using it as an argument at Dubee as he said there would be less Engineers

 

just give the ammobox to someone else, engineers shoudnt be responcible of every major aspect of the game (MOST but not ALL...)
