For example, it can be therapeutic to have the sockpuppets roleplay as people you don't like and then do what Josh did in that one episode of Drake and Josh with the dinosaur dolls.

Bans received. There are 2 ban systems - The regular system, and the infraction system. They both work slightly differently but the infraction system is preferred. The other system causes problems, like when Vulkanis' title used to be "Banned" for ages because he got banned once. Empty has like 3 bans on the Infraction system and probably more than that on the old system, I've got 5 on Infraction system and 1 or 2 on the old system. So yeah, the key to becoming an Empires developer and getting moderator status is to get yourself banned repeatedly.
