SMOD Bullet effect into Empires?

Does anyone know if it is possible to add the bullet impact effect from SMOD into Empires? (Im sure its possible, but HAOW?! Yes, im a nub)

Go ask a dev who's good with particles. And improve your spelling please.

Pretty much impossible to get THOSE particles in empires, since they are made for an older version of source and are hardcoded into SMOD and stuff, but if you ask a particle artist nicely they might make a similar version for you. I would love to have the SMOD explosions, myself :p
