Leave the dragging system.

When you double click any armor/engine/MG, it automatically swaps with whatever you have currently equipped. Maybe something can be worked out for cannons.

There's a button also on the bottom-right labeled 'Balance' that gives the same amount of armor on each side of the tank, with the front and sides being a priorety. For instance, if I can only have 19 plates of armor, it'll attach..

sorry about the font size...it was either this or 2.5...setting it to 2 does nothing to fix it.

Also instead of having no armor or engine the last researched engine should be equipped.

Don't change anything at the font size and it will be fine.

Sometimes an engine could mess up how much armor you can equip, and you have to rebalance it. Then, what if our comm gets something like Bio for nukes, yet I'm still using dual HE or whatevs.

 

Small idea, I might make a thread for it.

What if the numkeys could be used for assigning the plates, using 8 4 2 and 6. Would save bags of time.

 

Thank god... My mouse is shit and sometimes it won't let me hold down the left click so I'm often sitting there trying to customize my tank for 10 mins while the rest of the team is rushing the enemy cv.

 

2 buttons being "fill up max on armor evenly on all sides" and "remove all plates"

so after you added your weapons, you can just press a button and be maxed out on armor, if you want to add a weapon, just remove all plates, add the weapon and add max plates again

It randomly works fine though, I thought it might be the batteries dying but it happens with new ones too. My old wired one is garbage and I'm not gonna buy a third mouse just cause I can't guide RPG's.

 

also I hate it how everytime I have missile/cannon in the weapon grouping screen they always come up as secondary, and I have to change them back. THAT IS SO STUPID ALL MISSILES AND ALL CANNONS HAVE TO BE PRIMARY AND MACHINEGUNS OR SECONDARY.
