Small APC suggestion.

    Can we make it so APC spawns don't activate until 30 seconds after the vehicle has been produced? It's annoying when a comm can spam APCs after his rax is destroyed, thus ruining everything.

    So now it's mandatory to have two classes? :|

    And I've actually seen that happen. All that happened was that the comm spawned another APC.

    Or just have them require a radar for spawns to work. This solves nothing.

    This seems a bit of an arbitrary prohibition (Newbies might think: "sometimes it's there, sometimes it ain't")
