Slight buff of the engineer calculator

Lets face it the engineer calculator without repair upgrade is awful. Perhaps it could be buffed slightly to make it abit better ? It seems to take forever while building a barracks or refinery without repair upgrade.

 

Wasn't it nerfed a couple of patches ago? Maybe just undo the nerf. Good idea.

I don't know what you're talking about, it's never been changed.

 

The only thing that got changed was Ebuild being much stronger than it was. Not really an engy change at all.

 

E Build and the calc without repair upgrade feel about the same, Im in favor of a buff.
