Server hanging on map changes

for the past week my server [On|E] Battlegrounds ip 208.59.9.41:27015 has been hanging on map changes and either myself or another admin has to change the map manually, it does it at random, pretty much every other map, it really dont know if any other servers have the same issues or not, or if this is a mod bug or an issue w/ my server config, i posted the server name and ip in case any of u guys wich to check out the bug, any help or sugestions will be appreciated. Thank guys

This also happens quite often on the Stormed servers. I can't provide any more info than that though.

 

It's a memory leak, fixed for 1.06.
