    Code:
    bind t "impulse 201"
    into your console, or add it into the cfg.

    Most likley a fix for the broken APC's and spawns.... I just hope its something minor that doesnt take too long to fix :(

    Porn sprays are on a server-by-server basis, so just ask Krenzo. Not like it should matter much, the maps are so big in Empires that the only place you can spray where it will be seen is in front of a barracks, and I'll just slap a Mario down on it anyways.
