Well how about when there was the "official training server" or how about g4tc's "Empires Main server"? You can call your server whatever the fuck you want..

When people see this server they think it represents Empires

 

Meh, Empires have so many more servers than people to fill them that it doesn't matter how many 'official' servers there are. Pretty much the ELC, G4TC, and Viper will be the most populated.

 

Well if its obviously a bad thing for the community then complain, but until then don't assume it will be. They care about this game just as much as anyone else.

As for the officialness, it is just a tag and it has been used by the G4TC main server in the past.

A highly subjective viewpoint, there are many who would disagree with it.

Yeah hating bsid's hella old.. We jpl started that shit way back and we grew out of it. Now we enjoy listing to easy listening, talk radio and alternative soft rock stations in our free time.

I love the new BSID tag.

Whilst G4TC never had the word "official" in the server name, I don't see a problem with them using it. If the server is fun, it'll get populated, end of. The server name has little bareing.

 

Don't worry Marcin your life has reached a point where all it counts for is flaming =[BSID]=.
