I think Tech Support would be the appropriate forum for this, but I'm not entirely sure, seeing as how it's all error questions, but whatever.

ANYWAY, I was considering swapping the Northern Factions semi-automatic rifle (I don't know the name of it, but it's the middle primary weapon option for the Rifleman class) model with a custom model (Namely an M14 or M1 Carbine), and I was going to check the iron sights for it along with the model name, but I can't seem to find the script for it in the scripts folder. Anyone know the name of it?

That thing's .50 cal? Wow, I figured it'd do more damage than that.

    Edit:
Okay, well I'm looking at it now and I'm just wondering where the iron sight settings might be, I think I've found them but I don't wanna tamper with it in case I'm wrong.

It's still the most of any infantry bullet weapon in the game. :P Any more damage and it would be waaay too powerful.

Heh, yeah but still. If you got hit by a .50 caliber bullet, you'd definitely feel it, and probably fall, but I see what you mean.

Anyway, any clue which part of the script is the iron sights?

The iron sight settings are all hard coded. Call me lazy.

Well yeah I know what hard coded means. Just because I'm not a modder doesn't mean I don't know the terms. Ah well, just have to work with what I've got then.

The ironsights are on the viewmodels themselves. If you can model it yourself, you'd be able to decently line them up ingame after some work...

I tried working on that, but I couldn't get the custom model in-game after several attempts so I've given up. Thanks for the help though.
