i did a bunch of searches and they came up nothing, i think this weapon should be added to all classes

 

Download this and extract to Empires/Scripts.
We only need two weapons.

Candles, it's up to you to get this into the empires patch, this will surely make people want to play again.

 

I would play the shit out of that.

 

All scout needs is dual wield pistols.

Oh nice you can actually change each box to allow you to put multiple choices. I didn't even know you could change the loadouts, I only thought that weapon damage and vehicle shit was what you could do.

Now script_manifest should be released, and we can play custom empires!

 

We tried it out last year, it's just that Source doesn't like us loading up values after the game has already started. It gets all pissy and doesn't update some values leading to a really fucked up game experience. To be fair, there probably is some solution that's possible with forced reboots (similar to what happens when you enable/disable HDR), but either way, they game would need rebooting every time you joined a server with different values.
