assume that hide is going to be drastically changed such that it wouldn't make this hilariously broken. scouts count as two people on a capture point.
what if they plan on doing a scout rush (like in tf2), have you ever seen it, like 5 scouts cap a point in about 5 seconds, this is a dumb suggestion.
Urgh, I already have to make flags require 2 or 3 people to get rid of scouts capping them without contest, the game has enough problems with not being able to control the flow of players, don't add more of them.
More people doesn't speed up empires capping, this is purely just to break most maps and require reworking the cap numbers. Terrible suggestion, rejected.
