Scavenging for custom content?

    Forsaken was a very ambitious mod that died a few years ago. I've only now just noticed that they made available their art assets and source code. Perhaps we can recycle some props (giving credit where due), and the weapon viewmodels may be nice candidates for custom content.

    Art style is pretty different, although rubble etc might be good for mappers.

These files are being released to the community for learning only, please do not use them verbatim in your own mod. If you do, give PUBLIC credit to the Forsaken development team (not hidden in the source files).

    Are there any interesting map models, textures, or vmfs in the stuff?

    What I mean is, for the sake of 2-3 models it's not worth it in exchange for plastering credit everywhere. If it's something substantial that'll add to the mod, then it is.

    Nobody is stopping mappers from asking those guys nicely and then using the custom static models to dress their ugly BSP with.
    Bonus if map gets popular.
