Same window, not new window!

When you go to select your gun, and u click on the gun pic, instead of opening a new window for the gun list, open it in same window, and when u pick new gun, go back to old window. sometimes in empires i feel like im being crowded.
i would ask for -everything else- to be a bit smaller on the screen, but that might be a bit much, just take advantage of opening things in the same window.

Well so long as the windows dont block chat I wont care. Any way to have the chat screen show on top of the other windows?

what if the chat in general was moved to the very bottom of the screen. it would be a change from the standard position of most mods and HL2, plus, it would be beneith all the boxes.
