Roleplay mod! :D

On the -UWE- Server (and others too...) Me and Shadowhunter wanted a break from fighting (cus we like had freaking 13 noobs and only 6 of us, on the SoF map every1 went to bed even though it was freaking noon) and i said 'wanna roleplay for a while?' and shadow went 'tis not gmod tho :D'
'yeah, but SoF looks like a city map, the APC could well as be a Police Transporter and the jeep a citizen car loll!'
'good idea, might wanna suggest it on thee forms'
'i mean forums'

so how about it?
you could build more city type maps too.
and you could build houses
there are 3 teams (im not sure if you can replace the Spectators one)

Citizens
Police
Shop Keepers

and these are the player limits -

30+ Man Server
15 Citizens
10 Police
5 Shop Keepers

With each added slot on a server you either add or take one amount away...example:

20 Man Server
10 Citizens
5 Police
5 Shop keepers

40 Man Server
20 Citizens
10 Police
10 Shop Keepers

I think the Police Rate should stay at 10 or below, any higher, woah, dont go there...
You could hide the CVs in an Unreachable place so the map doesnt change because the CV got killed.

We need to be able reaseach Charizard now.
He will have a close range flame attack. That will do 40 damage a second and add 30 heat a second. He can keep it up for 5 seconds with a 4 second recharge.
His second attack is a homing fireball. Does 150 damage and full heat. Can fire every 7 seconds.
Also he can bite the infantry head off as its final attack.

Idea (Cruising in big cars): A game mode where you just cruise slowly down the streets with a really cool open car with noisy BOOM BOOM music, whistling after hot babes "HEY how are YOU doing?"..... "Want some PIE ?"
