Research for one side but not the other?

I wanna know if it's possible. I want STD LTs in droves fighting small groups of mediums.

 

somethign like that would put a twist to escort and mayama's map nfescort

 

It's already implemented in escort_b3. I don't know exactly how it's done, I'm sure it's easy to do though. Turn All research on inthe map config, and then simply restrict everything for NF excep standard and everything but your medium setup on BE or something along those lines. I presume it's all in the map config file.

yeh, I'm jsut thinking that through as you were posting that heh. Maybe there's a command that unresearches the item for only NF. experiment a bit and see what happens. Maybe it's just not possible though

 

That unresearches Nukes for BE and NF. Escort doesn't even have a VF for NF, so it doesn't matter what they have researched. I'm asking if there is a command for it, I've already looked, but some things are hard to find.
