Rename stamina to energy and fuel skills with it.

Like dig in uses stamina. Make it more universal, fuel scout hide with it and
let the scout run while hiden. Fuel engi healing skill with it and make it faster asf.
It would also make it possible to add more fancy skills to the system because
you have a value to balance it.
