    no way , that has been one of the original "cool" effects of empires, caves underwater etc.. if anything if its possible , the old squad talk vs teamtalk, I don't want to hear squad leader puling my squad mates away from where im going but seriously no... don't kill underwater sounds they sound amazingly cool
