But Krenzo wants to be done by Nov 15. That's 5 days. So if you don't want to download all of them you have the option to just wait for the Dec 1 release

 

it may be nov 15 he wants but, he may not get that. There are still things to be fixed from the rc31 that were made wrong in that rc.

 

you could always just make your own. you just have too archive the empires_108 folder.

 

This is a legit reason for wanting a full installer, and why rat needed it as well.
