    Was the diamond supposed to be on the jeep? Was it on a hidden scout? Where was it supposed to be?

    when was that? i only remember running with the intent to shoot on glycen city in the first rc17 match of glycen, and even then, i wasnt moving when i shot, i merely had moved up for a better shot.

    What problem are you guys talking about? i thought you only needed the source sdk base to play empires?

    Did valve mess things up again?

    If you don't have a game that allows you to download and play HL2 DM, then you can't play Empires. IE, if you only bought Counterstrike or DoD, then you can't play any mods. You don't need HL2DM to play, only source sdk base, but if your steam account doesn't have access to HL2DM, then you can't join any servers. Every mod server runs off of HL2DM, and currently, Steam thinks it's joining a HL2DM server.

    The diamond supposed to be on the jeep. The diamond also appeared tail of the jeep when the jeep is running.

    On several occasions when the Squad Leader used Mass Revive skill I appeared under the map.

    mass revive spawns you to the center of the map.

    and i too have seen the diamond behind the jeep.

    no, it spawns you at the maps origin, which is XYZ coordinates 0,0,0

    Which is exactly the same, center of the map = origin of the map.

    no. i have seen players spawned nowhere near center by mass rev.

    Center of map != middle of the buildings

    on time in district, i was rev under the map....
    so i fall, then auto rev again,
    so i fall, then auto rev again,
    so i fall,then...

    i go spec and come back into the team because, the cycle seems to be infinite.

    that's because you were revived to the center of the map. the center of the map in district is under the map, and each time you hit the bottom of the game area you appear in the middle again :)

    ---------------

    is mass revive meant to revive everyone where they died or next to the squad leader?

    it turns the squad leader into a spawn point and forces spawning, without ticket loss
