    Why is cl_drawhud considered a cheat cvar? Was going to try something that needed it set to 0 but now I can't :(

    sv_stopsound is considered one, and it's a lifesaver.

    as far as I know, that's considered a cheat in all source games but this is the first one I know that considers drawhud to be one =/

    UGH there has to be a way to edit that! If Empires was the only game that had those as not-cheats, I'm sure we could draw at least 500 people to the mod just by saying:

    "sv_stopsound... not a cheat. In Empires! Join Today!"

    Yes, I hate when the sounds start going in loops. I think the HUD thing is just for preventing people from getting unfair visibilitity advantage, which reminds: change the damn NF grenadier reload animation! I can't see shit when I'm trying to guide my rocket.

    Make it lower the launcher and let it lean against his leg whilst reloading.

    It seems to work quite well with the BE grenadier, even if I'm not supposed to be guiding it...

    The rocket goes shakey when it moves during flight, I love it.

    You have to click and hold to guide the rocket.

    it auto reloads as im guiding it usually, so it makes guided shots really hard.

    the rockets go very shakey when i try to guide them.
    pertloy because i can't see anything
    and also , i hate my stuped laser/wireless mouse , can't even play a decent game of ms.minesweeper ( which i love ) , never mind guiding a rocket.

    That's what you need for the looping sounds.

    Is it 'just' "snd_reset" or is it like sv_snd_reset or cl_ or something? Cuz' if it works then yes indeed it is a miracle, and you are the MVF of the week.

    It worked for me. I don't see why it wouldn't work for you. Try it. And it's snd_restart not snd_reset, I just remembered it wrong first.
