    is it possible to remove all players weapons or remove damage without making them look retarded with both hands sticking outwards?

    Oh and how many units is the maximum jump distance? And with sprint?

    Also, it is possible to give one team resources with something like a trigger?

    Pretty sure you can't add guns afterwards = you would have alot of dudes running around unarmed = great fraps materials

    What about removing and giving ammo? almost has the same effect.

    Yes I think so, also maybe the parameters entity can tell the game what to or not to allow engineers to build.

    It sure works in Emp_Escort, there Engineers aint allowed to build walls.
