When you disconnect, time out, or crash your wages aren't saved, so i'm suggesting when it happens, all your wages go into team resource pool.
you should be able to add them to the resource pool at any time. if thats imbalanced then wages are op.

remove wages The rich get richer even tho they get skills faster.. I say we should implement wage taxes on the people with the scores.. That money would then goto the people with the lowest scores on the opposite team.
lol, that kinda owns... i see where your going with that (i think) Team A is better than Team B From Team A, the top 20% of the scoreboard donates the money to the members of Team B who have shit scores. Team B's top 20% donates the money to the shitty members of Team A, but since Team B is losing, there is less wages (usually). The shitty members of Team A gets little money, while the shitty members of Team B gets more money to buy vehicles to balance out the noobness of Team B. In other words, this is an attempt to balance any sort of stack?

Wages are so retarded... All they do is further complicate the game and unbalance the game. No time have I seen a player earn enough wages so that he could buy himself a tank and turn around a dire situation in a time when the team didn't have enough res for him. They should be removed.
They break maps made balanced res wise before wages were introduced. Yeah, its awesome a team can rush 24 LT's at once, but not the losing team like you can currently. That should be the team with the most refs not the most rifle whores.
I've seen this multiple times. I've seen Nihia supply the losing team with about 7 APCs, then they rushed the enemy comm and won. Wages are cool, but they're just too limited atm. You can't choose to use team-resources first, you can't move them from player to team, etc. On top of this, when the player multiplier (NOT WAGES) got fixed in 2.25, it made the resource count of every map go through the roof, once resources started functioning as they were supposed to. Wages aren't what's causing the extra resources, it's the player multiplier.
its a mixture really, and wages surely dont help here. i think it would be cool to adjust points so you get more for busywork - killing should stay at 1 - and tone down the map resources a (fair) bit so wages work out better. then alter vf-locking so that you can still buy tanks for wages only and finally, make wages depositable to the team res pool ... (yeah i know, nothing new here) also they serve a purpose - they let decent players buy tanks even if you have a whole lot of noobies wasting team resources - ive bought a few heavies with wages only, ive also bought a lot of meds and apcs for my team as comm, since you cannot use wages as comm anyway.
But do you think he played good enough deserve, 7 whole apcs? Although they are a lot cheaper than heavys, their utility is un-surpassed. I don't know the specifics of the game, and all the crazy stuff Nihia must of done. But 1 guy being able to buy 7 apcs from wages... Doesn't seem right imo. Although your right. If a little more depth are brought to wages then maybe it will turn out a good concept. But right now I do not like it. Yeah, the idea behind wages is really good. But the way they are implemented right now just seems to imbalance the game.
How about players can buy cool items from wages, like HATS and duel-minigames? Serously, dubees trolly suggestion is great if done the right way. Let's say BE is stacked with vet's and all the n00bs in NF go like "Whooa! So much money" and keep LT rushing without worries or rage.
