    I saw someone go !manual on the ELC server the other day, and wondered if it did anything...but yes, putting the manual right there would be awesome.

    if you type !manual in ELC it opens it in the window thingy, which is awesome.

    I ask for this in the main menu cause I told someone the other day taht reading the manual is a good idea, then later i was thinking ... maybe he has no idea that there is a manual or where to find it... so, yeah.
