Devs, please post what you've worked on this month and what you intend for the next. I will move this to news November 1st.

After my move, I'm starting to get settled and have a few morning hours to spend again :)

Last month, I fixed the frontpage building process, so I can now build the website locally using Hakyll - that means I don't have to go through a tough and errorprone half hour process for each change I make, and I can always view the page myself before pushing it live. For you guys, that means I'll be less reserved about writing posts on the main page.

I'm trying to get the achievement code working on Linux - when last I worked on that, we only supported windows. I fixed up the "Just in Time" achievement (it got awarded the first time you die driving a vehicle). I will have to work through the rest as well to see if they are implemented correctly.

This month, I hope that I can finish the eight achievements and join others working on adding bots, when I'm not fixing bugs.

A version of escort with a better start gate timer was finished. And all i believe is needed now is for someone to commit it.

I know it's November but there's no thread for that, and i figured this would be useful to some people:
I updated the list of cvars on the wiki to remove cvars that no longer exist, and to clarify the purpose of unclear ones.

You can find it here: https://wiki.empiresmod.com/Server_Cvars

I'll have to see if any new cvars were added since this list was last updated.
