Very cool. I would say its more ambiance than music. I was just working on an ambient song (no beat which is hard for me to do) and I think it sounds pretty good. Good for movies or if your just lost in a thought/looking at a dope view. Ambience is an acquired taste.. err.. sound Also maybe these would be good sounds for Refinery's or something in emp.
http://soundboard.com/sb/pulsar_sounds_from_space.aspx 3 and 4, constructed of sound recorded from millisecond pulsars, collapsed stars composed entirely of neutrons and emitting immense beams of radio waves, rotating so rapidly that the intermittent pulses of radio energy as the beam crosses the earth registers as a constant tone. Music of the spheres comes to mind. http://www.nasa.gov/wav/123163main_cas-skr1-112203.wav Time-lapse radio emissions from saturn, many times faster than they occur in real life, rather awesome. http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/cassini/multimedia/pia07966.html I want my own radio telescope.
