Pffft, take the high road and become a laid back gamer where if you rise in rank, it's an added bonus, rather than aiming to get senior member, which in fact does not necessarily mean you know a lot about empires and may just mean you're a spamming 'tard. Also works well in MMO's when you play for an extended period of time and then get a fancy levelling up sequence and you get a nice new power to play with. Oooo, works for Empires too, get that handy health boost and regen so you're a right bastard to kill...
