people post that stuff because it is "naughty" if it is not "naughty" to do so, 90% of the people will not do it, while the other 10% will try to search more "naughty" contexts to post it in also, to make things clear, i find both the male and female body, in all its versions and abnormalities a work of art saying a nude model can be posted, but a male with a skin disease on his penis cannot is to my point of vieuw hypocracy then again, i would say there are contexts where such things might happen (a forum dedicated to nude models will not be pleased if people start posting naked man with scurvy penis, or a forum dedicated to a game named empiresmod, that has no business with nudity at all and should be kept tidy at all times) also on the fact of goatse... the only reason people post that picture or pass it on is because they want to shock people that "dont go to dirty sites" (even if they do, just the people that dont talk about it... ever) stuff like that is only fun if people are actually appalled by what they see
