As title says. Personally i like Regen -> Coolant -> Medium -> HE -> Heavy/Arty/both -> Railgun and after that maybe compostite and turrets... Good armour fast, best DPS engine (less heat = more shots fired) and you gotta get chemistry anyway if you want HE so you only lose the time you spend researching Coolant Fluids. It's not perfect, but i avoid Bio diesel at least.
physics --> nuclear fission --> nuclear warhead (win) someone was gonna post it, i just happened to be first bio diesal --> regen --> meds --> HE --> UML --> comp --> coolant ---> guided mls(if NF) --> railguns --> win thats one of them, it all changes due to what situation im in
I'm a proponent of the composite->gas turbine->chassis->weapons route. You don't have to waste time, since they're all in the same category (except whatever weapons you pick). Plus, you don't lose a bunch of money with your team rolling out top-of-the-line, state-of-the-art heavies with paper-maché armor.
Yea i would go that route but compostite is so very very exspensive that a heavy with compostite is almost double the price of one with regen. Thus you get 2 tanks for the price of one with regen. Most BO's seem to ignore Plasma and Bio.
Expensive, yes, if you load it up with as many layers as you can hold. Which you really don't have to. But, either way, the extra survivability is worth it. That one expensive tank isn't QUITE as expensive as however many paper tanks you would end up using otherwise.
I'm trying to come up with a good research order using bio ML's. regen - bio diesel - meds - bio ml... then what? HE? He plus bio ml wouldn't leave much space left for armor plates... Plasma is just.. useless
Reactive is now an option for those crossroad quick level 3 scrims...but personally, although it takes a long time I like: Reflec>DUMG>ER Now the problem here is you always have to open another branch to get an engine, and imo that's what makes physics fail compared to chem, but hell...who would even think of Not getting bio and chem in a real match? If this is favourites then next is: Fission engine>meds.. btw...why ain't there plasma missiles? > There aint any missiles in physics apart from nukes, or am I wrong?
My mistake, I meant why is there no selection of missiles in Physics, not plasma missiles per se - mebbe salvo's could fit in there
Well there are no cannons in bio. There doesn't really have to be one of every kind of weapon in every tree.
phail on most maps apart from crossroads if it gets to an advanced stage other wise WIN yay also best as nf
heres mine (a few acctually.) 1. HT Chassis - Bio Diesal - Regen - Bio MG+Warhead - Chem. - Coolent - UML - Physics - Nuke - Fission Reactor - Composite - Turbine - Rail CN - Guided Missle and we r set 2. Bio Diesal and Composite, then we grab Heavies and rush like freaking monkeys on bikes trying to run us over (even though we got shitty weps, atleast we can acctually get somewhere) 3. bio diesal then LT rush lol (someone suggested this for me, came handy every rush :D) 4. Med Chassis - All of Biology - Composite - Coolent - UPL - Fission Reactor my #1 order is (going down in a list this time) Bio Diesal Regen Armour Biologic Warhead Composite Armour Medium Tanks (keeps my team nilly-willy happy till they get pissed of with em) Heavy Tanks Artillery Tanks (w00t) Nuclear Warhead Fission Reactor UPL Plasma CNs Coolent then we r set :D
Absorb > Coolant > Meds > HE > Explosive Bullets > UML > Heavies > If you got this far you already won
