    I need as many testers as possible. We'll test cumulative vehicle skills.

    Code:
    emp_sv_vehicle_skill_stacking (1/0) -> Enable vehicle skill stacking
    emp_sv_vehicle_skill_scaling (1/0) -> Scaling mode (exponential / linear)
    emp_sv_vehicle_skill_{speed,armor,cooling,damage} (any number) -> Percent to add per player / 100

    :eek: Sounds like fun! Will we be researching 3phase/fission first?
    Could also test collision damage between two uberscouted apcs at the same time.

    also i dont think that this cumulative vehicle skill thing is a really good idea ...

    Well considering DU with 2x damage would eat commanders for breakfast.

    But try to get 8 rofl in an APC.

    Even more advantage for clanners

    Also, it scout speed rises exponetial ATM.

    i actually worked it out, if it's the same as scout speed. Its 5x speed increase roughly. 5x damage increase. 'Lol i blo'd up ur com wit my std mg'

    Isn't it going to be unbelievably annoying if scouts spawn in your APC with speed upgrade and make it uncontrollable?

    And what does defusal do? Make mines heal you?

    Scout speed DOES NOT CHANGE acceleration (HP / max RPM)

    LOL, i guess i won't be able to attend this test either (1400 CST) getting out of class at this point, but if you guys are still needing testers at about 2100 GMT, i'll join.

    HAHAHAHHA, my god, the ultimate way to grief. Get my squad to spawn in Bitterjesus's APC with scout speed and watch him slide everywhere.

    If all skills are coded and working then maybe think about a possibility to display the current skills. (Small skill icons?)

    Sorry to interject, but I just had a look at the SVN version, and it looks like Fission weighs a lot less than other engines without being particularly more costly. If it's your intention to make a 'composite-like' engine, then maybe it should be a little more expensive?

    I don't really know much about how the engines are working atm, so if it's not that useful/more costly in some other way, my apologies for bringing it up.
