i actually worked it out, if it's the same as scout speed. Its 5x speed increase roughly. 5x damage increase. 'Lol i blo'd up ur com wit my std mg'

Isn't it going to be unbelievably annoying if scouts spawn in your APC with speed upgrade and make it uncontrollable? And what does defusal do? Make mines heal you?

Kane: If all skills are coded and working then maybe think about a possibility to display the current skills. (Small skill icons?)
Sorry to interject, but I just had a look at the SVN version, and it looks like Fission weighs a lot less than other engines without being particularly more costly. If it's your intention to make a 'composite-like' engine, then maybe it should be a little more expensive? I don't really know much about how the engines are working atm, so if it's not that useful/more costly in some other way, my apologies for bringing it up.
