Particle Hotfix 1 by Empty

I wouldn't go so far as to say this is a full blown update, it's just a few regularly requested fixes for particles:
SERVER OWNERS: Please install the files, they fix the concussion grenade, without the update players will still see HE Grenade effects on your server.

Clients need them too.

 

seems cool, you finally fixed the sabotage smoke and the hemg muzzle flash, but shouldn't there be like a download for this.

Clients and servers have to download the files, servers have to download it to make concs work, clients need it for the actual update.

 

Don't forget to put it in the SVN.

 

Can one of the scripters commit it?
My internet is nearly stretched to it's cap this month and I don't feel like downloading the entire SVN just to upload this stuff. (sorry)
