i was thinking of a tank that would only shoot rockets. ect homming rockets from far away and that it would the counter messure against artillery tanks on the big maps.
Artillery and, eventually, aircraft, are the counters to artillery. On the other hand, so is a fast tank. Making an additional anti-arty tank seems unnescessary.
Wasn't a rockets only tank discussed, then discarded? As well as a machine gun only tank, cannon only, X-weapon only, etc etc discussed? I think I remember them getting the no vote.
Hey, we can change this idea into the anti-air tank, with homing missles. Is there going to be an anti-air vehicle? Edit: Looks as though the planned Anti-air vehicle is exactaclly as described above, besides it being anti-air rather than anti-artillery.

You can already shoot down arty shells if you're good enough. I imagine homing missiles would also be effective anti air if you're in a regular tank
What I WOULD like to see, is a Stalin's Organ type vehicle. Something that shoots many, many small rockets over a wide area of effect. A pipe dream, I know.
What is good is when you have an arty attackon emp_money, and shells are going off everywhere and random stuff is being blown up
