I wanted this for a while, but imo, it shouldn't be a skill as it'd be too niche to be used. It'd be decent as an actual inert ability.
Innate ability, dawg. Battlefield Play for free has like "better ladder climbing speed", and "grenade awareness". First one is self-explanatory. Second puts a HUD marker on friendly/enemy grenades near you.
rifleman gets inert 5% more weight for equips on tanks, 10% if he takes the adv upgrade skill for it this way riflemen are possible tankdrivers
increase ammo should give weapons with magazines double clips nfar, nfp1, bep1/p2, bear, smg1/2 nf/be
HEASTHOSTMASTA: Increases the speed of surrounding squad-mates by 75%. As in, double the clip size? If yes, then no. I would love to see actually usable non-squad skills instead of just passives. Like a temporary shield for engineers, an armor-boost for riflemen or a shell that causes a bigger explosion for the grenadier's mortar.
