Haven't you suggested this already? I can remember the discussion about this. A health crate would force players to sneak behind it and shoot. This will give them unlimited health for some time. Beside of this I think that the engineer don't need more squadleader skills. Instant heal and squad revive are already one of the most usefull skills. And a health crate would only be another kind of instant heal.
