It's state dependent but like many things in freedom land, it's kind of fuzzy. In order for states to receive federal funding, they sometimes need to enforce or enact legislation handed down from the us congress. Drinking age is one of those things, or was at one point

It's state dependent, yeah, but it's a bit more complicated then that. In short though, the legal situation is that it's illegal to sell alcohol to people under 21 under the National Minimum Drinking Age Act, or else a state loses 10% of it's federal highway funding, but it's the states that decide if a person can legally drink under the age of 21.

    This actually looks good.

Well, if people are participating in first place, I doubt they would evade drinking.
I don't really appreciate alcohol but I'd still drink during events.

Make it so that you have to drink everytime when you get a kill? That way I can actually finish a can.

Thanks! The logic behind those is that if any of those things happen, you can take a drink without hurting your team.

That is some really bad law making right there.

It actually makes sense. People in different parts have different views, so the law accommodates each view. If, however, alcohol gets into the hands of people who the federal government don't think should be consuming alcohol, that state loses funding for their highways. The reason being, you don't want a bunch of kids drinking and driving out of the drunk state on federally funded highways into the not as drunk state.

I was reffering to the fact that one can be able to drink alcohol, but not buy it.

Oh that. The reason the law prohibits sale rather than consumption is because the us is a predominantly Christian nation. We value family much more than many other nations. If mom and dad think their 18 year old son should be able to have a glass of red wine in the family's dining room, there's nothing wrong with that, and it should be legal. In the us, it oftentimes is.

I wouldn't go so far as to say that we value family more than other nations, but we certainly put a hefty emphasis on it when it comes to lawmaking and policies.

Was just going to say, there's an in-game timer, so if you wanted to have something simple like a shot every 10 mins it'd be easy to sync.

This is pretty good. What if I drink strong manly Belgian beer though in a giant glass? Shit's going to end badly.

We sorta have that, only it applies from the age of 5. I think the Netherlands does it the best though. Anyone can drink. At the age of 16 you can buy Beer and stuff, and from 18 you can buy spirits.

Exactly what is the diffrence between drink and finish your drink? No comprende.

In poland, drinks are binary. Its in or its ingested.

    Drink = a sip
Finish = drink the whole bottle/can.
    I think.

drink is take a drink or however fair of a sip you like of whatever you're drinking.
finish your drink means literally finish your drink. no matter how much you have left, take a nice break to chug it all down before continuing to play.

Or you can finnish your drink, which means go out and burn down a local beer hall and start playing shitty metal music.

I think I'll get like 5 cans of beer.
Judging by the length of games and the number of sips.
I doubt I'll even feel anything in the end.

Funny, during geography not once have I seen any info that barley is also grown in asia, maybe save for slav reasons in russia. What about addition of humulus? Around here some beers use it, some don't and wiki claims there is a kind native to japan.
