The forum community is vastly different from the in-game community. In no way does it represent how many players of each nationality actually play Empires.
This is true... how many people that play the game regularly visit the forums? We also have other people like comunism who don't really play anymore but, still vomits on the forum.
too busy being drunk? I can understand that. I been busy myself, not being drunk mind you, helping another forum recode there entire program. From VB to C++. It sucks and its long. I still find time to play empires and post in here tho... I guess it helps when your jobless
would russia be asian or european? also.. for eu vs na scrims.. perhaps should find a server where the pings are neutral.. maybe like greenland or something.
I thought this thread was going to be about NA players playing against EU players, but you'd need a server in atlantis to be fair.
Since 95% of russians live in the european part, russia is clearly european. Btw: If you live in turkey, please vote asia and not europe.
there are servers for rent in/on Iceland, but the prices are acting as a deterrent. would need about 500 EUR/month for windows dedi + bandwith.
Not with a decent hook-up there aren't. The pings are laughable from both sides of the pacific. And Iceland isn't Greenland.
depends if you live on the european or on the asian side duh. also krazer I've seen a lot of people here play daily or weekly getout of here. + how bout we have a NA vs EU scrim, we can switch servers part way through or something if everyone is going to be a bitch about it. Or like put a server on an oil platform in the middle of the Atlantic works too.
