Honestly, I don't understand why you people call them Turrents, it is not what they are! Call them what they are or stop speaking english! It's not like it's some kind of shortcut for typing, and there is no reason you should say Turrents on your mics as it makes you sound dumb. That's my two cents.

Well i'm sorry I prefer to use proper grammar when speaking and typing. I'm not making anyone conform, i'm simply saying that anyone who says Turrents should put into consideration just how dumb it makes them sound. Sorry if I seem annoying, but no one said you had to read my opinion.
It bugs me too when people say turrents, torrents.. But I think some people just say it like that cause its funny even tho they know its not spelt that way.. Kinda like callin the mortar a mowtar
Nobody said you had to read mine either. It doesn't make people sound dumb to me either, I know what they mean, the merit of their statements is not affected by the method by which they express themselves, as long as I can understand them clearly.
there could be lvl1 speaking turrents that are very formal and polite to enemies within a small radius, up to lvl 3 ones which swear like a schoolchild and can shout half way across the map. I think turrents is likely to be a word more favoured by people who've played NS, since thats the first place I heard it becoming widely used.
They should change the name each upgrade. Turret --> Turrent --> Torrent. A torrent of bullets sounds like something you don't want to mess with, and distinguishes it from lvl 1 speedbumps/tank-stuckers.
