New building: Command platform Costs resources. When it's built a new command vehicle spawns on top of it and then it selfdestructs. Also, commander now can command from the field and command vehicles are just a vestigial win condition that should be replaced.
agree... hate mobile command vehicle. Remove the com vehicle and give the "commander" a backpack that lets him do his shit. The back pack makes it easy to tell he is the commander thus a high value target to kill when he is on foot. Or allow the "commander" to be able to drop com posts from which to command from like a bunker.
